Tom Head: Director
Tom started his education in Electrical Fitting & Diesel Mechanics, then went on to study Industrial Electronics, Man Management & Psych 1 & 2, Post Graduate Diploma Community Education and finally Business Management. Tom has covered a variety of positions such as Maintenance, Production Manager, Branch Manager and Customer Relations Manager.
He has been involved in the electrical, building and engineering industries, and has managed Challenge21 since its inception. He has been involved in trade and retail environments and has a proven track record of success in maintaining high standards of customer service and achieving excellent sales and profitability results.
Joan Head: Administration Manager
Joan has a strong background in administration. Advanced computer skills, combined with a people focus, have enabled her to establish a solid reputation as a proven administrator in a service-oriented environment.
Joan held the position of State Manager for a data capture firm in Brisbane for 7 years and State Manager Operations and Office Manager with a credit union in Victoria for over 10 years.
She commenced working in the field of computer operations in the 70's, and has vast experience in systems, software and hardware.
